The Mumbai based Bhutanese actor has been proclaimed as a best actor in Bollywood and is all set to make his debut in K-Town with Ajith Kumar starrer ‘ASAL’. Ajith Kumar’s ‘ASAL’ has been passed with ‘U/A’ certificate for the substantive violence quotients. The shooting of the Asal starring Ajith has been completed. Re-recording and dubbing work is going on. The film which has been produced by Shivaji Productions has been directed by Saran. Samira Reddy and Bhavana are pairing with Ajith in this film. Bharadwaj has composed the music for the lyrics penned by Vairamuthu. Ajith dons two getups in this film. The shooting of the film has taken place in foreign locales. Recently the audio launch of this film was held recently held at Shivaji’s house. This film was expected for Pongal when two big films like Karthi starrer Aayirathil Oruvan and Dhanush starrer Kutty are being released.But since the post-production is yet to be completed, the release of Asal is postponed to next month. They have planned to release this film on 5th or 12th February. Since the examinations are commencing at February end, Asal will be released before this. Asal is being released in 500 theatres.
